The JPEF is a quarterly peer-reviewed (Yearbook from 2024), English language e-journal devoted to economic research, theory, and policy applications, focusing on a variety of  allocation, distribution and macroeconomic stabilization parameters within the public sector economy. The JPEF also deals with taxation and expenditures of governments and their effects on the economy.

It provides a forum for discussion of public policy of interest to an international readership.

The editors invite the submission of articles, working papers, comments and, critical reviews which will be evaluated by an independet scientific board on the basis of their quality of scholarship originality and contribution to reshaping policy directions and applications. Not accepted works already published in other economic journals in all matters  and in foreign languages. The JPEF does not charge any processing author fees.

The Scientific Board freely offers its services.

Articles and Working Papers charges are referred exclusively to royalties and technical services-assistance.
